Prof. Er. Ganesh Balakrishnan

Prof. Ganesh Balakrishnan is the Co-Founder and CBO at Flatheads, India’s first all-day work sneaker brand. He founded the company with his Co-Founder and CEO, Utkarsh Biradar, in 2018, after identifying a gap in the casual footwear market in India. He graduated from IIT Bombay and IIM Bangalore. He also has 7 years of entrepreneurial experience and 10 years of corporate experience at Honeywell, Bain & Company and Ingersoll Rand. With Flatheads, Ganesh aims to create a homegrown Indian brand with a personality that appeals to the discerning audience.
