As part of its continuing focus on upgrading its faculty, both quantitatively and qualitatively, RSB requires faculty in the following areas:
TEACHING
- Marketing
- Human Resource & Organisational Behaviour
- Operations Management & Quantitative Methods
- Business Analytics/Data Science
- Economics
NON-TEACHING
- Marketing Executive – Telemarketer
For all the above positions, candidates should be doctorates, preferably full-time, with an impressive track record in research by way of having published papers in Scopus and/or ABDC indexed journals. Candidates for the first three positions should be PGDMs from reputed business schools. Candidates for the fourth position may have a Master’s degree in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics/Statistics, while those for the fifth position should have a Master’s degree in Economics. Candidates in the Economics area should have a firm grounding in quantitative Economics and should be capable of teaching quantitative courses such as Econometrics, Game Theory etc.
For the first three positions, preference will be given to candidates with relevant industry experience. All candidates should ideally be under 40.
Faculty who wish to teach in a visiting faculty capacity may also apply. A doctoral degree is not mandatory for visiting faculty positions, nor is the age cap.
