Corporate Mentorship Program
At RSB, we have a panel of mentors who are senior executives from various leading companies. Each mentor is assigned a small group of students to take under their wings. The mentor plays a vital role in shaping the individual by guiding them throughout their journey at RSB. The mentor collaborates with the students at various strategic intervals and provides his expert advice and guidance to help the student excel in industry preparedness as well as academics. The Corporate Mentorship Program gives the student a sense of confidence to go out and face the world on his/her own.
Mr.Shankar Naganathan

A professional with 30 years of experience, most of them as profit Centre Head in the fields of Automobiles, Appliances and ACs, Furniture and Real Estate.
Mr.Pradeep Cholayil
CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR CHOLAYIL PRIVATE LIMITED
Mr. Pradeep Cholayil hails from Cholayil family of Kerala, well known for their practice of Ayurveda for generations. He started his career as the Head of Marketing& Finance Departments of Cholayil. Under the able guidance of his father and founder of the Company, Late Dr. V.P. Sidhan, Mr. Pradeep grew to become the Chairman & Managing Director of the company. He was instrumental in launching the Company’s flagship brand Medimix all over India in 1999 and over 25 different countries subsequently thus making it as world’s largest sold Ayurvedic soap brand. It was with his zeal and efforts that the Company could acquire two personal care brands Cuticura and Krishna Thulasi in the years 2001 and 2011 respectively and that the Company could expand its product portfolio to a wider range of soaps, cosmetics and Ayurvedic pharma products.
Mr. Pradeep is a Rotarian and is a Past President of Rotary Club of Madras Metro. He is also a member of Young Presidents Organisation (YPO). His hobbies are Photography & Music.
Mr. Pradeep is a B.Com. graduate and he is an alumnus of Harvard Business School in US where he has completed his Owner President Program. He is married to Mrs. Jayadevi, who besides being Director of the Company, runs her own lifestyle premium boutique called “Jullaaha” in Chennai. The couple is blessed with two children, a son with the name Lasakan and a daughter with the name Susmera.
Mr. Murali Sundar

Murali Sundar is currently working as the Business Director of Henkel Beauty Care that is the Professional Hair-care division of Henkel Adhesive Technologies India Pvt Limited. Since March 2008, he has been responsible for all the operations of the business in India and Sri Lanka.
He has been instrumental in the operational break -even of Indian business for Henkel Professional division first time in the year 2008, since its entry in India in the year 2000. These changes enabled Henkel to achieve a 40% growth in top lines and over 200% in bottom-line Y-O-Y.
Murali began his career as a Sales Professional with ITC in the Tobacco division for 5 years and went on to become the Sales Manager- India. In his 6 year stint at CavinKare he successfully campaigned and strategized for brands like Chik shampoo & Fairever to mention a few. Before Henkel, he was with Cholayil Private Limited, where he headed the Sales and Marketing division for over 3 ½ years.
Murali Sundar has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from DOMS, University of Madras.
